Children are such a valuable part of Guisborough Christian Fellowship, we love having families as part of our community. At the moment we provide specific teaching for reception age to year 6 , all in one group with two adults.  Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the kids within GCF is amongst our highest priorities.  All those that serve in this area have a DBS check ,  we have safeguarding guidelines and an identified safeguarding officer.

At GCF we are just an ordinary bunch of people in various stages of faith and walks in life.

 

Generally, we start our Sunday meetings together with all the adults, we sing a mix of songs both old and new, accompanied by a band of musicians.  We then leave after about 2-3 songs and go to a separate room in the same building, parents are very welcome to come too.

We teach through books of the bible and talk a lot about Jesus and what he has done for us.  We play games, dance about, tell stories, make crafts and have fun, sometimes things get messy so don't wear your best party clothes!

 

​At the moment we don't have facilities for you to leave babies and toddlers with us, but you are very welcome to bring them with you and use our toys in the kids room with the older children.
