The Angrove Singers Concert – Good Friday, 30th March – 19.30

The Angrove Singers of Great Ayton are a mixed four-part choir with some 60 members, they sing for pleasure and to raise money for charity.

On Good Friday, 30th March, they are performing at Christ Church, Great Ayton, 19:30 – 20:30

Tickets are free and only required to reserve a seat, they are available from choir members, Great Ayton Discovery Centre, Thompsons Hardware, or by calling Carol Morgan on 01642 722897. Donations are gratefully accepted at the end of the performance and will be passed on to two charities chosen by the choir.


Guisborough Evangelical Church - shared lunch

Guisborough Evangelical Church have reached out to us, following service on April 22nd we are invited to join them at Fountain Street for a shared lunch. They have asked to connect with GCF in order to pool resources for outreach and would like to get together to discuss..


David Mattches - update

After feeling a little better, David once again suffered with terrible pains, an ambulance was called and fortunately after being seen by the paramedics David’s pain subsided and a hospital visit was not necessary.


Sally Phillippe - update

Sally thanks you all for the prayers for both herself and Helen. Please continue to pray, Sally is still in bed and after a difficult week her son Andrew has come from Guernsey to look after her. Helen, who is having serious problems at the moment is really in need of prayer.


An evening with Paul Jones and Fiona Hendley

On Saturday, 14th April, Paul Jones formally of Manfred Mann/The Blues Band and long-running host of BBC Radio 2’s Blues Show and his wife Fiona Hendley Jones, TV and West End actress are speaking at Guisborough Methodist Church.

Songs, humour and insights into their Christian lives & faith.

Steve Overfield celebrates his 60th birthday this year, please 'Save the Date'.

On 21st April, there will be a ceilidh at the Quoit Club in Guisborough, though this is to be confirmed, with a ‘bring and share style supper’.
